目前國內(nei)無(wu)紙面石膏板生(sheng)產(chan)線的(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)化程度還(huan)未實現,現處于手動(dong)(dong)和(he)半自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)水平,受自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)化水平的(de)(de)限制(zhi)(zhi),國內(nei)的(de)(de)無(wu)紙面石膏板的(de)(de)質量(liang)和(he)產(chan)量(liang)均不能滿(man)足(zu)市場(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)需求;為了解決以上(shang)(shang)存在的(de)(de)問題,本(ben)設(she)備(bei)提(ti)供了一套自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong);其所采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)方(fang)案是(shi):該(gai)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系統(tong)包括(kuo)中央控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)室、溫度控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)、配料(liao)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)、成(cheng)型工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)、切斷工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)、橫(heng)向輸送工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)、烘(hong)干工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)、各個(ge)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)之間(jian)通過(guo) MELSCNET/H 網(wang)(wang)絡系統(tong)環(huan)網(wang)(wang)連接,構成(cheng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)網(wang)(wang)絡層;各工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)通過(guo) CC-LINK 網(wang)(wang)與智能控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)設(she)備(bei)、變頻器連接,構成(cheng)現場(chang)(chang)網(wang)(wang)絡層;生(sheng)產(chan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)分布式(shi) PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong), CPU 模(mo)塊(kuai)選用(yong)(yong)西門子 S7-300,現場(chang)(chang)I/O 模(mo)塊(kuai)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)西門子 ET-200S,人機界面 HMI 為西門子 WinCC。各控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)和(he)上(shang)(shang)位控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)中心(xin) SCADA 通過(guo)冗(rong)余工(gong)業以太網(wang)(wang)相連,從而實現生(sheng)產(chan)過(guo)程的(de)(de)集中控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)和(he)實時數(shu)據統(tong)一管理。設(she)備(bei)級(變頻器、分布式(shi) I/O 等(deng))采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)現場(chang)(chang)總線通訊。電氣控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)設(she)備(bei)主要(yao)包括(kuo) MCC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)柜(ju)、PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)柜(ju)、SCADA 操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)員(yuan)站(zhan)、現場(chang)(chang)各類(lei)檢測(ce)元(yuan)件。
