目(mu)前(qian)國內無(wu)紙(zhi)面石膏(gao)板生(sheng)產線(xian)(xian)的(de)自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)程度(du)還未實(shi)(shi)現,現處于手動和(he)半(ban)自(zi)(zi)動水(shui)平(ping)(ping),受自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)水(shui)平(ping)(ping)的(de)限制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),國內的(de)無(wu)紙(zhi)面石膏(gao)板的(de)質量(liang)和(he)產量(liang)均不能滿足市場(chang)的(de)需求(qiu);為(wei)了解(jie)決以上(shang)(shang)存在的(de)問題,本設備提(ti)供(gong)了一套(tao)自(zi)(zi)動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong);其所采(cai)用(yong)的(de)方案是(shi):該自(zi)(zi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)包括中央控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)室、溫度(du)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站、配料工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站、成型工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站、切斷工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站、橫(heng)向輸送工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站、烘干工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站、各個工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站之間通過 MELSCNET/H 網絡(luo)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)環(huan)網連(lian)接(jie),構成控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)網絡(luo)層(ceng);各工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站通過 CC-LINK 網與智(zhi)能控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設備、變(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)連(lian)接(jie),構成現場(chang)網絡(luo)層(ceng);生(sheng)產控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)采(cai)用(yong)分布式(shi) PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong), CPU 模塊選(xuan)用(yong)西(xi)門子 S7-300,現場(chang)I/O 模塊采(cai)用(yong)西(xi)門子 ET-200S,人(ren)機界面 HMI 為(wei)西(xi)門子 WinCC。各控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站和(he)上(shang)(shang)位控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中心 SCADA 通過冗(rong)余工(gong)業(ye)以太網相(xiang)連(lian),從而實(shi)(shi)現生(sheng)產過程的(de)集中控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和(he)實(shi)(shi)時數據統(tong)一管理。設備級(ji)(變(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)、分布式(shi) I/O 等)采(cai)用(yong)現場(chang)總線(xian)(xian)通訊。電(dian)氣控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設備主要包括 MCC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜、PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜、SCADA 操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)員站、現場(chang)各類(lei)檢測元件。
